Consideration of altitude and barometric pressure for anesthesia and critical care in disaster of Iranian plateau

Abstract
The environment is different at high altitude compared to that at sea level, especially in partial pressure related to brometric pressure. Therefore, the anesthesia in high altitude like Pamir, Tibet and Iranian Plateau deserves a special notice.
